From the manual picking of the olives in our own farm, up to the final packing of the oil, we carry out the full cycle to ensure a product of the highest quality. Each bottle of our oil reflects the work, the love and the commitment to the land that has seen us grow.

1. Manual picking of the olives
We carefully select the optimal moment of ripeness for picking, the olives directly from the tree, ensuring freshness and quality from the first step.
2. Grinding in less than 24 hours
Once picked, the olives are transferred immediately to the mill and ground into a maximum period of 24 hours. This quick process prevents oxidation and retains all its properties.
3. Cold extraction
The oil is obtained only by mechanical processes and low-temperature (cold extraction), which allows to preserve the flavor, aroma, and nutritional value.
4. Filtering and rest natural
After extraction, the oil is filtered and gently rests in a natural way to remove impurities, maintaining its purity and stability.
5. Packaged in origin
Finally, we package the oil in our own farm, ensuring a product of superior category, direct from the olive grove to your table.
